New Webinar: SelectPlus™:  HRM-V & DHP-V Addition to SelectPlus Customers

Recent Webinars

HPT is happy to announce that we have added two of our top selling products to our easy to use SelectPlus selection tool.  This release will now give you access to select our Split Passive Energy Recovery Heat Pipes HRM-Vs and the Wrap-Around DHP-Vs.  You'll be able to quickly find performance data, detailed product drawings and submittals through SelectPlus.

The HRM-V line can recover energy between air streams with up to 120 ft. of separation, while still passive and having no moving parts.  The DHP-V is the same product but in a wrap-around configuration for precool and reheat applications.  The DHP-V is more suited to larger systems, which need performance control or reheat modulation.  Its design allows it to use far fewer valves than the standard controllable heat pipes.

SelectPlus™ Training – Selecting Dehumidification Heat Pipes (II)

This webinar video will start with the basics of the wrap-around heat pipe. It will compare the old approach of the costly overcool/reheat and offer the alternative wrap-around heat pipe solution. In addition, it will discuss how the wrap-around heat pipe will help meet various ASHRAE Standards including both ASHRAE Standard 62.1 2013, as well as ASHARE Standard 90.1 2013. The training goes through 3 examples which go through 3 different applications of the technology. These include an AHU using reheat, neutral air, and downsizing DX equipment with the wrap-around. Throughout, users are shown how to select, output reports, run economic analysis, and other tips/tricks.
